Returns

At iRudi Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Have all tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Underwear or intimate clothing

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank.


Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
