Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that during high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Standard Shipping: R99 flat rate nationwide
Free Shipping: Available on orders over R1000
Local Pickup: Available in selected areas (if applicable)

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Major Cities (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town): 1–3 business days
Other Areas: 3–5 business days
Remote / Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
