Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that during high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates

We currently ship within South Africa only.

  • Standard Shipping: R99 flat rate nationwide
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over R1000
  • Local Pickup: Available in selected areas (if applicable)

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major Cities (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town): 1–3 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–5 business days
  • Remote / Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and location.

All orders are delivered door-to-door.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you have not received it within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
